  • 15-Day Window: Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging with all manuals and accessories.
  • Non-Returnable Items (Safety/Hygiene): For safety, hygiene, and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged: Chainsaws, Hedge Trimmers, Ag Sprayers, Blowers, and Tree & Shrub Care Products.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] for a free replacement or refund.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns not due to our error.
