Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

  • 15-Day Window: You may return most items for a refund or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Free Returns for Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • Professional-Grade Condition: Returned items must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and tags.
  • Fast Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

⚠️ Important Exceptions: Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with manufacturer policies, the following items from our menu cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

1 Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days of Delivery)

2 Receive Your Return Authorization & Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Do not ship any item back without an RMA number. The email will specify:

  • Whether return shipping is pre-paid (for defective/incorrect items) or your responsibility.

  • Any special packaging requirements.

3 Ship Your Item Back

Securely package the item in its original packaging with all included parts and documentation. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like DHL, FedEx, or EMS) and retaining your proof of shipment.

4 Inspection & Processing

Once received at our facility, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.

Refunds & Credits

  • Timing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection completion.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Deductions: For returns not due to our error (e.g., change of mind), original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for large or heavy equipment (e.g., Tractors, Zero Turns, Disc Harrows). You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Exchange Shipping: For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item via your original chosen method (Standard or Free Shipping) once the return is approved. Expedited shipping for exchanges is available at an additional cost.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your Tractor, Automower, Chainsaw, or any Bundle arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered:
